The Registration fee provides each participant with meals on both days (excluding dinner on Saturday March 5th), access to Friday night reception, welcome materials, keynote speeches, presentation sessions, and poetry reading by acclaimed poet Kath MacLean at Cafe Remedy on the evening of March 5th.
Registration fees can be paid in Canadian dollars at the registration desk from 8:30am-1: 30 pm on Friday March 4th and from 8:45 am-10:30 am on Saturday March 5th. You will also pick up your welcome materials and badge from this desk.
The registration desk is located immediately inside the TELUS building.
PS. For those delegates looking to go green, we ask that you bring your travel mug for coffee/tea and help save on plastic cups :)
